A merchant cannot use the app until their identity has been verified and their account is linked to the partner management system.

No content within the application is accessible until the verification process is fully completed.

The Elite Store app requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera Access: To scan the QR code of Elite VIP members for identification.
• Internet Access: To connect the merchant account to the server and enable core app features.
• Notifications: To inform merchants about new orders, updates, or important instructions.

All permissions are requested only with the user's consent and are used solely for their intended purpose.

We collect only the essential data required to manage the merchant account and operate the app:

• The merchant’s email address

We do not collect any additional data that is not necessary for the operation of the app.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To verify the merchant’s identity and grant access
• To manage and update products
• To process merchant orders
• To send notifications about orders or system updates
• To provide technical support
• To ensure account security and prevent fraud

The Elite Store application is intended for users aged 18 and above.
